Return Process

  Log into your Carmesi account or visit our Support Portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the original invoice is included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return parcel at no extra cost.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
