How to Use
1. CLEAN IT - Wash the cup by placing in boiling water for 7 mins. Dry & cool it before use.

4. REMOVE IT - Pinch the base of the cup and squeeze to release the vaccum, & gently pull it out.Ā
NOTE: Empty the cup and wash it with water before inserting again. Follow step 1 to clean and sterilise before storing it.
